Easter weekend was amazing. The view from the room was breathtaking! Perfect for an instagrammable sunrise picture. The breakfast was so fresh, had everything we needed for a long day ahead, and the traditional food added to the full capverdean experience. The location was also ideal. We started our day with a hike that began right outside the hotel and ended with a refreshing dip in the pool. The gym was great for a quick workout before hitting the hay.
The communication was a bit difficult as not all staff spoke English, but we managed to get by with a mix of Portuguese and English. The rooms tend to be a bit noisy as there isn't much soundproofing so earplugs might help.

Spending Christmas at this hotel offered two amazing benefits. the extensive breakfast included freshly-made papaya juice, traditional food and more. the breathtaking views over the valley and the pool were the best aspects of the hotel. the location was ideal for starting beautiful hikes, and it was easy to get to nearby towns by foot or aluguer. the hotel offered a relaxing atmosphere for the holidays.
The worst aspect of the hotel was the language barrier. Most of the staff only spoke Portuguese, making communication challenging.

Stunning views, amazing hikes, delicious meals, and friendly staff. This hotel offers amazing views of the valley and several beautiful hikes to explore. The meals served here are not only delicious but also a great value for the price. The staff is super friendly and always willing to assist in any way they can.

We had the most amazing stay surrounded by nature. the views from our room were breathtaking and the breakfast provided was delicious. the friendly staff made us feel right at home and were always eager to help with any need we had. the pool and gym facilities created the perfect balance between relaxation and exercise. the location was perfect, making it easy to explore nearby towns and embark on beautiful hikes.
We struggled with the language barrier as not many of the staff spoke English.
